Personality:
Purdy was a very bold and curious she-cat. She wasn't afraid to stand up to bullies even if it was a warrior. She loved to explore and learn about the world past the big barn doors which she lived in. She loved to have fun while not being tied down. But everything changed after the events that happened in Muleclan.
Purdy seemed to change once she came to the Bluegrass. She is now a very quiet cat who keeps her head down. She can be a pushover and never argues back. She is very jumpy and skittish, almost always looking over her shoulder and does not like to venture out too far from the clan's main camp. Many of the clan cat's describe her as an empty shell of a cat or a cat in constant mourning.
History:
Perdita was born a housecat that often spent her days and nights in a barn on a two-legged cattle farm close to the border of Muleclan. She often spent her days exploring the land and if she was too far from home she'd sleep in a tree and return the next day. It was during one of the expeditions that she saved a young tom named Briarpaw from almost getting hit by a monster. The two quickly formed an unusual bond and would try to sneak out to see each other as much as possible. Their friendship soon turned to a more romantic one. Soon after that Briarpaw's leader and father, Mulestar found out about their little romeo and juliette relationship.
One night Mulestar decided he would get rid of Purdy one and for all. But thankfully some of the Muleclan warriors found out about the leader's plans and warned the other barn cats just in time. The small group of warriors and barn cats came up with a plan to help Purdy escape with her life. Sadly, before they could put their plan into action Mulestar attacked the young she-cat. The warriors were quick to defend her and helped her flee the territory sending Lizardsun with her as a protector and guide.
The two cats traveled for a long time on a giant snake like monster (a train) before hiking along rolling hills. Lizardsun kept telling her that he was leading them to a safe place but despite the miles and miles between them and Muleclan she couldn't help constantly looking over her shoulder wondering if Mulestar would find her. Finally, they came to their safe place, Cats of the Bluegrass, where they were taken in and Purdy was made a trainee changing her name to Dovepaw.
